Question for EK A340-500 Engineers ??

To those in the know?

I heard recently that the Rolls Royce Trent fitted to the Emerites A340-500 fleet had 20 engine changes across a fleet of 10 aircraft in 12 months?

Is this true?

If so, is it a Mod program or is the variant of the engine that unreliable?
What is different to the 777 fitment (excluding the obvious airframe interface and mounts etc) to make this engine unreliable?

Makes me wonder how the next higher dash number RR Trent fitted to the A380 will hold up in service?
