Etihad Late Rosters

My understanding of the Airbus rosters this month is that
they where delayed due to fitting in the 340-500. As it's not going to JFK in the near future it's got to go somewhere
and it needs crews. For sector building in training its apparently going to do AUH-MCT-AUH, which would be fun.
Taking a long haul aircraft on that short a flight. Anyway scheduling has had a tough time with it. NB is apparently not doing the Bus scheds anymore so hopefully a change for the better.
Pinkus as to pay, we normally get it the last thursday of the month, but thats just a nicety. It is not due till the end of the month so you cant count on it or get PO'd because it's not actually due till tomorrow.

Thanks 4HP, lets stick to the matter at hand.
It should not matter what side of the cockpit door we work. When will management wake up and realize that our lives, (and those of our families),revolve around our rosters. It is not right to have to tell your kids you don't know if you can make their concert, sports event, etc in two days time, because you have not yet received your roster. It is also embarrasing, as your friends always ask what sort of company you work for that cannot get this right.
This is a scheduled international carrier, not a charter operation. We all new ages ago that NY was delayed. SURELY crew sched new as well??
