Ethiad roster

I would like to have an insight on typical roster with Ethiad...
How many hrs average and most important (for me) how many days per month would you be away from home base and what is the longest trip (not just flight hrs but days away..).
Cheers Speevy

E-t-i-h-a-d Roster

Longest Pairing : 9 days Brussles toToronto and back. That will change after June 1st . Direct Toronto.
Lots of turn around flights....these are harder than layover flights..both financially and physically.
Average Roster 18 to 20 days with 80 hours. With an average 3 layovers of three to four day pairing and the rest turnaround flights, hope this helps.
Good place to work and live.

Thumbs down Etihad yet again late Roster

Yet again there is no roster and the end of the month is approaching fast.
This is now the norm , how can you plan any life if you don't know what your supposed to be doing in a couple of days.
This has gone beyond a joke.

Sick on the 1st.......... Good idea .........

I don't understand why they don't put us on standby duty for 7 days in a row, then 2 OFF days, then 7 days standby and 1 day OFF etc.....

That would cost them nothing and at least the roster would be out 2 months in advance !!!!!! So cool

Or better instead of STBY, AVLB the whole month

Oups, that's already the case ? Aren't we called every day ???

Is it not the norm for Etihad / Emirates / Qatar to have late rosters according to this forum?. EY have just advertised for a Head of Flight Deck Planning, will this repair the situ

Rosters today?

So, according to latest apology, rosters by today.

What constitutes the "end of business today"?

The long and short: Still no ROSTER
