I am looking at jumping into Etihad after doing a run around the middle-east
carriers. Anyone, has any clue of whats on at HR? Seems there is a
new person every month on the same desig?? Is this the trend in
all departments, which kinda pointing towards the job security(if any) graph?

Of course the big question is.......DID HE FALL OR WAS HE PUSHED?Why dont we ask the plastic coated VPO.No prizes for guessing the correct answer."who next?" is the other question, but i suppose we wont have to wait too much longer to find out the answer to that one.Fasten your seat belts it really is going to be a bumpy ride.WATCH THIS SPACE!!!!!!!!!

The Big Sheik wants a big airline...he made his plans...he will achieve.
Lots of changes...yes...but if you look at the background of the people being changed, they GENERALLY have one thing in common. They were placed in positions above what they held with their previous carriers. Some are very good people, some not so good but, many probably out of their depth.
Remember that the expansion is unprecidented, thirty plus destinations in under three years. Experience is required or you get crushed in the expansion stampede.

Etihad Airways will have its own secured future, no doubt about it. However no new CEO will succeed (or survive) with the present chairperson's management "style", no matter how competent and profficient he/she is.
The new CEO will need sweeping powers to spring-clean the house and nurture good and efficient management culture.
Let's continue flying safely, always!
