Recruitment Modular/Integrated

Can anyone tell me if Middle East airlines have a preference for Intergrated trained pilots over Modular pilots like BA?

Went for a conference where BA and flyBE were presenting, discussing how they prefer intergrated and how BA doesn't take modular pilots.

I really dont think they care. My assumption comes from the fact that they hire pilots from many countries around the world, like the USA, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa etc where there is no importance on Modular or Intergrated courses. It is also my opinion that this is why they have higher recruiting minimums, they want airline pilots who have proved themselves as good employees, not people who could or could not afford to do things a certain way.
