Air Universal Cyprus AOC

Has Air Universal from Jordan managed to acquire a Cyprus AOC? Ex-Lufthansa B747-200 now purchased by Air Universal departed Marana as 5B-AUE.

Actually, it is 5T registered, for now.
Cyprus AOC delayed due to the fallout from the Helios Airways accident.
