You would have to been under a rock for the last month or so to not know why the rosters are late.

They know which 380's are out of service and for how long. They know which routes will be substituted.
We should have our rosters by know. Period

Good news is that cabin crew have been able to see the flight deck on their flights for next month via their portal for a week now (grade dependent of course).

Hopefully we will get the same pleasure in the next few days.

The G2's, and CSA's have had their rosters since yesterday. Purser's 5 days ago. SFS's and FG1's 4 days ago. We are so far down the food chain that it's actually quite funny. Happy Christmas to all!
