Air India and Food Drop in DXB

I believe Air India arrived in DXB last night and opened their door a little too early, managing to drop a food cart in the middle of the taxi way. Any confirmation?

The incident is correct. The aircraft was being towed and R4 door was closed although not locked. Neither was the galley cart.
