Sky Airlines-Turkey ??
Would anyone care to comment on Sky Airlines, located in Turkey. Did a forum search but found nothing. They're advertising for 737 crews.
The online crewmember application on their website was unusual in that it asked for no details of flying experience. Just an initial screening form perhaps ?
Thanks.

T & C.... that's negotiable according to your experience and hability to negociate...
Last summer the FO's were mostly from Eaglejet, but according to guys from SKY it wasn't good as expected.
Emails, fax, letters get lost, the best solution is take a plane to Antalya some of your CVs and pay a visit. They will offer you tea or coffee, chat with you never say no, may be say yes.
Good luck

I'm assuming you have to be a Turkish national with local or JAA licenses? Same question would apply to Onur, MNG and the rest. Or would they sponsor some sort of work visa if you're experienced on type or willing to pay for the type?

In Turkey, a lot of non Turkish pilots are flying, all are coming with type rating endorsed on their license. JAA license are prefered (even probably a must for FO) FAA accepted for captains as there is a shortage.
The turkish company you work for will sponsor and take care about the work permit...

Thanks for the info, bafan and BlueVolta. Unfortunately I have FAA licences and looking to get an FO position, so guess I don't match up there. Might try my luck again once I get a type rating.
Is the 737 or A320 more marketable TR to have in Turkey?
