Dnata Dispatch - A Nightmare!!!

Somebody tells me:

rosters - about 40 of em 90 % of which are awful, and are released by the wonderful hr/planning dept as late as poss in the month, they change the roster most months without telling you, so any plans are straight out the window, its like the lottery apparantly !! finish a night shift at 0900 but dont leave till 1000, thats gonna be your day off !! great !! 6 on 2 off roster, finish your last shift supposedly at 0800 prob not till 0900, first day in bed, second day off, back on for 6. thats seems a dnata favourite ive been told !!!

no o/t pay - they say they will give you hrs back but you never get em when you want em!! holidays - book em 12 months in advance and get confirmation if lucky about 1-2 months b4 !!

about 30-40 dispatchers short, absolutly no staff, so everyone gets stuck doin o/t, they dont wanna do cos they r exhausted after very long shifts with no breaks, in 40dgs.

blame culture, delay allocation the best one, dispatchers sat there till god knows what time after night shifts arguing with every dept goin.

I can go on and on !!

one word 'NIGHTMARE'

Advice to all, DONT BOTHER !!!!!!!!
