Etihad hiring....

According to Etihad web-page, they are looking for B767 pilots. I am just wondering; when you look their web-page, there is no place to add your B767 experince. I have applied in few occasions, but always reject. I got an email from EY which stated that some information was missing on my online resume, even every single "required field" were completed. Can anyone tell me; What are their hiring criterias??
