Luxor Air currently have a single MD83 (SU-BME). They retired their other MD83 (SU-BMF) late last year when it was reposessed. They still operate charters from Egypt to Europe as well as third party work for other airlines such as Libyan Arab Airline and Afriqah Airline.

Lotus air are making a 'come back' after 2 years of financial problems which saw them get rid of 4 A320s. Back in March they returned A320 (SU-LBD) to the lessor and recieved SU-LBC which was parked in BUD for almost a year. Their single A319 (SU-LBF) has been wet-leased to Cypriot airline, Helios Airways, and should return in October 2005. In addition the airline will be recieving 2 A320s in November. So by the end of the year they should have 3 A320s and 1 A319.

Hope that helps
