Etihad Package

Can anyone tell me what the package at Etihad includes for captains - basic pay, duty pay, how much for housing and education allowances from the company and how much do those things cost?

Any extra info appreciated. Are the schools okay? Do you get a house/villa or a condo/flat? How much leave per annum and whats the staff travel deal.

Depends if you are taking your wife or girlfriend with you, and hat she does during her spare time.

wife and kids would be coming but that doesn't affect the package - just what I do with it
