Some food for thought.
Your starting salary, will be your finishing salary. No annual increase! And when you get upgraded, you start at the bottom of the Captain scale, and stay there.

airbus34065 is right. And only A340/A330 hours are taken into account for which starting salary you qualify. No steps thereafter, no pension found, no LOL.........
