Unless you are referring to the 19 days where the FCI was no longer valid (i.e. before the FOM kicked in), I have to disagree.
The first two bullet points of Para 2.13 (Chapt 2, Pg 29) explain how things will be calculated henceforth.

The credit values were supposed to be used to ensure a fair work distribution but now we have fatigue monitoring we don't need them anymore. That is why credit and block hours have disappeared from the rosters. I think...
