Air Horizon???

Any one know of this airline, I saw an ad of theirs in Gulf News Feb 17th 2005 issue it said they fly twice weekly Sharjah-Baghdad, fare around AED 1500 plus, aircraft type not mentioned, ad was low quality with no visuals and two other destinations they mentioned were Lome and Lagos also served from SHJ, is it a new airline based in SHJ?

AED 1500 is half th estory, there is another AED 800 in airport taxes.
Air Horizon belongs to Togo.
On the Sharjah-Baghdad route it will use a B737-???
