Emnet satellite cards in Dubai

Does anyone know of a cheap way to get an Emnet satellite card in Dubai?

I am not in Dubai but a good place to start would be your local satellite dish intallation companies,
These guys are not with the big compamies and usually know their way around just about anything.
My own personal experiance is just buy the thing at the normal price as they change the codes so often that its not worth the hassle to run down with your box or card for reprograming.
But if you have a lot of time on your hands then its your call.
