Expect another waste of money DVD with Gandalf ready to explain that we didn't really make record profits, that is to say that as far as we the employees are concerned it wasn't really record profits or any profit at all and we must continue to cut back and make more sacrifices as we are still not out of the woods and more has to be done blah blah...
If true; was it really necessary to have pushed everyone as far as they have, creating so much discontent in the process?

The snag is to get a profit share we have to get record, record, profits because the target moves by about 50%/year. Even if we do get a profit share all they would be doing is giving us the money back they took in December. Smoke and mirrors my friend.
