Qatar Airways Command Courses
I know that for a couple of years Qatar Airways haven't done any command courses. I hear that this year they are going to start to upgrade FOs.
Any news on how many FOs will be upgraded?
Will the requirement of 5000 hrs and 3 yrs with the company remain this or will it decrease, as it gets more difficult to recruit, because of imminent pilot shortage?
How is the recruitment currently going?
What types are people being put on as they join?
What nationalities have joined lately?
I heard a rumour tht the current pilot salaries (FO $6800 & Capts $9000) is about to be increased by 15% and an offshore pension scheme introduced, is this true?
