emirates standby credit.

I believe that TCAS told the troops at the recent pilots meeting that they would not be using the new system of no standby credit against the emirates pilots....... do people seriously believe that?
well a quick look at duty code RSV on any particular day comes up with the following figures for captains.
These are facts before any roster changes for the month.
it would appear that the truth was not told....how unusual!!!!
