DLR tests to be carried out

DLR pilot assessment test will be carried out in mid-November for new pilots applicants applying for Royal Jordanian airlines if the applicant pass this test he will be employed directly in the airline , does anybody have important info about this test??? and what do u think is the best way or steps to pass this test??Does someone have info or the training pack in English not in German.
