The Hassles of Licence Conversion

I've been seriously considering moving away from Canada to look for work in India, but in order to do this I need to get some Licences converted to the Indian equivalent.

Has anyone experienced the difficulties of doing the administrative process??!

I've done my research and I know I need to write some exams, but I'm not sure who exactly to contact. Any ideas?

Cheers,
Vne98
