EK Cabin Crew Fast Track Application

Hi

Does anyone know anything about the FastTrack Process being offered for experienced Cabin Crew by EK in Dubai?

Also, I've heard that EK are in need of so many crew at the minute. Can anyone confirm this?

Any info would be much appreciated

Thanks

Fast track conditions at EK are on from time to time.at the moment it is non existant.however they are in need of so many crew and I hear from friends who joined them that there is light at the end of tunnel for experienced crew soon with the expansion.

ek cabin crew

YES EK ARE VERY SHORT OF CABIN CREW ACROSS ALL GRADES, LAST I HEARD(LAST WEEK) STILL ABOUT 15-20% DOWN ON THE IDEAL NUMBERS. MOST ARE FLYING 90-100 HOURS A MONTH. THE NEW CREW JOINING NEVER SEEMS TO PLAY CATCH UP WITH THOSE LEAVING. NOT SURE ABOUT ANY ACCELERATED SCHEME.....

We are getting there! about 60 join every month and 15 leave. That is normal for a workforce of 4000. Young people move on. That is expected. No it is not most that work that much...yet

I dont think so. That is 240 a month! We are 450 short, and have been for a while. If it was 240 a month that would have been cleared long ago.

We are expanding fast.....but not that fast.

240 crew means 20 330 crews a month! that again means 40 pilots a month and 20 upgrades or DEC..... doesnt add up

Was on an induction course a week ago and there were about 50 new cabin crew members that day. And that course is conducted every Wednesday. Might be just a coincidence, so figure it out.
