currency adjustment?

Hi all.. a question. those of you working for Emirates or any other middle east airline... Does the company compensate for falling/rising currencies? For example, the Canadian dollar has gone up more than 10% in recent months. Will your employer compensate by giving you more money? If so, how do they calculate this and how are you compensated for it?

thanks and best regards
