GF to MAN
Hi,
Are Gulf Air or Gulf Traveller planning a Manchester service as James Hogan was hinting towards a MAN serivce in his interview with Airliner World Magazine?

I had heard rumours that Gulf Traveller would be commencing flights to Manchester with the B767.
Apparently the word from Gulf Air is, passenger traffic from Manchester does not include business travellers, it's mainly the leisure/ bucket & spade people, hence the reason for Gulf Traveller and not Gulf Air.
Not sure on the time scale yet.

The authorities from both MAN and BHX were out making presentations to GF in June. No decision has been made yet, certainly not on the cards for the Winter schedule, perhaps next Summer's. Gulf Traveller as opposed to mainline GF with B767 is expected.
