Ulcerative Colitis

Hello everybody,

I am suspecting that something might be wrong with my bowel system however it’s not affecting my daily life so I have decided to go to the doctors for a rectoscopy and I’m worried that it really might be something like and IBD. I am 19 years old and already have an EASA Class 1 Medical and I’m in flight training. If, worst case scenario there is an IBD will I have to discontinue my flight training? And is there anyone flying commercially with an IBD?

Any answer will be appreciated!
