Medical issues for future assesment

Good morning,
I will try to quickly explain my situation.
I obtained my PPL license and currently I’m attending an integrated ATPL course.
When I did my first class medical evaluation attempt in Italy I got rejected and had to wait 3 months to retry. The reasons were light emotional lability and that I told them that I had taken a puff of a joint when I was in my 16/17 only once to try.
For the light emotional lability it’s because during the psychological questions I’ve started to answer without thinking also due to the 456 questions, yeah I know I am an idiot.
Anyways I tried again after three months also providing urine sample and obtained my initial first medical class which I’ve also renewed it twice, without any problem.

My concern is, am I cooked for future airline assessment, will I always be rejected for these reasons or since the matter is resolved the airline will not take it in count.

sorry for this long text and any grammatical error.
Thank you to whoever will answer and give an explanation or anything that could be helpful.

Hello PilotQ,

In my experience, not all airlines require you to disclose if your medical certificate has ever been denied, suspended or revoked by a licensing authority. I've only seen this question on some application forms from companies in the Middle and Far East, and generally they do expect you to share additional information.

Most airlines are interested if your medical has any limitations, such as VDL, OML, RXO, etc.
