You can probably get it via the NHS but there'll be a massive waiting list. You may find that a cardiologist won't do a standalone exercise egg without a normal one plus cardiology report (extra, obvs). For the whole thing (normal ecg, ultrasound, exercise ecg, 24 hr ecg) was about £500 a couple of years ago, maybe half that was the exercise ecg from my local private hospital. If you're employed your company might cover that, my private (via company) health insurance paid up. I guess any decent private hospital would do this - maybe start with a search on the well known provider site?
Good luck, hth

Exercise ECG
You could try these people, I have used them in the past and they are familiar with U.K. CAA protocols. www.cardiacscreen.co.uk

I have the same issue. I wasn't happy with the way the medical was managed, but that's another story. I've got to have an Exercise stress ECG and an Echocardiogram and then a Cardiology review. I've done my own research and I am not convinced the AME’s ECG results were correct, possibly faulty ECG machine so I’ve been told by other pilots. I’ve booked my tests through a private Aviation Cardiology specialist and he’s scheduled the two tests at Northampton General Hospital. It’s costing me £685 to do it privately. I think is worth getting a professional to do this.

Too often people pose questions here but do not share the solutions.

Just to let everyone know that I went through a private aviation cardiology specialist (Dr Timperley). He did my exercise stress ECG and was given a 100% clearance on the medical after an echocardiogram and a Holter monitor for 24 hours, I am back flying.
As mentioned in my first post having done my own research I was not convinced the AME’s ECG results were correct, but I wasn't going to argue with him, not worth getting on the wrong side of the CAA.
BTW: I used ChatGPT a lot and it really helped me understand all the medical jargon.
