Question Medical after a kidney transplant

Hi 👋
Im wondering what it’s like getting a medical certificate after having a kidney transplant?
Im currently battling with the FAA to get my 1st class re certified, but I’m wondering about elsewhere as well.

Is it possible in Europe, Asia, Caribbean? Asia in particular I’m interested in.

Ive seen that medical for Japan, China etc can be brutal for some healthy westerners so I’m assuming there’s little hope for me but I’m still curious.

I’m also wondering how this would affect getting employed by different airlines around the world. I’m assuming that many wouldn’t bother with someone like me.

Thanks.
