Hi, I've tried to search the forum and therefore hope I'm not repeating. My apologies if I am.

My son Is perusing a career as a pilot, he's only 16 and studying for his ppl.

Unfortunately he broke his clavicle at an RAFAC camp. His shoulder dislocated twice within a day and the consultant recommend surgery not for the broken collar bone but to strengthen his shoulder to stop any further dislocations. He should make a full recovery but his collar bone won't be straight. It's obviously impacting on his ppl.

ive tried to decipher the info on the caa website but I'm struggling to decipher as to if this will impact him. Can anyone offer any advice please? It'd be much appreciated.
