Cellma "to be approved"

New to Cellma: Does anyone know how long it takes for "to be approved" to turn into "approved" after making an application for a medical? What does the "approval" to make the appointment to see your AME depend on? Is someone scrutinising the application? Are they working at the moment (between Xmas and NY)?
