Difference between CAA vs EASA Class 1 Medical (Initial)

Hi, can someone please explain the obvious differences between EASA and CAA initial medical process? if one passes the CAA class 1 medical, do they have good chance of passing the EASA process if they chose to convert medical at later stage or obtain EASA medical? Thanks!
