Medical and ECG expiry query

Due to the current pandemic, I have been flying with a medical exemption for the last few months. I finally renewed my medical last week and it has just occurred to me that whilst it is valid until Sept 2021, my next last ECG/Audio was done in May 2016 and would normally have been required next May at my normal medical reval.

My medical cert states class one is valid until Sept 2021, with last ECG in May 2016.

Is my medical valid for the duration or do I need an interim ECG and audiogram (/revalidate my medical early to sync it back up).

Cheers!
