Medical Problem EASA - FAA

Anyone know if you have both EASA and FAA medical and one gets in trouble. Does the other one get pulled automatically?
Do they get linked together when you apply for the other?

Had a thing that might affect my medical because of what its related to, but can't really prove the underlying cause to the AME in a way they are totally happy with.
It is slightly less strict at the FAA and I plan to go there for a while, but will it affect my FAA medical if I get my EASA revoked or suspended?

Or is it better to let it be, not renew it and just apply for the new one?
