Question PFO and First Class medical

Hi all. Due to a suspected TIA it was found that I had a severe PFO, which was closed via percutaneous surgery. Already one month after surgery, eco-cardio showed no residual shunt.
What is the most recent consensus (I understand AMEs approach to PFO has changed a lot in the last 10 years) as far as the minimum grounding time before a First Class medical reinstatement can be granted?
It would be nice to know how this issue is addressed in different National regulations (USA, Europe, etc).
Thanks
