Question Spondylolysis/Spondylolisthesis & treatment

Does anyone have any experience of the medical authority (UK CAA in my case) viewpoint on these conditions?

Also, an epidural steroid injection is proposed next step of treatment (lots and lots and lots of physio hasn't done the trick) - anyone know implications on a class 1 of having a needle go into that area under x ray guidance?

The musculoskeletal section in the CAA guidance online is fairly vague.

Cheers!
