Aussie Class 1 Medical

Any DAMEs on this forum? I'd like to apply for a class 1 medical prior to heli training. I'm in my 50's, and at my doctors on Monday, my ECG looked unusual. Given a cardiac event or surgury down the track would result in an automatic 6 month grounding with medical review, is it even worth pursuing a class 1 medical at this time?

Do your Medical. The DAME will pass on the results to CASA. CASA will then determine what further tests you need. There is no point trying to out guess them!
