Eyesight & weight

At my previous medical (class 2) in December my AME suggested that whilst I didn't need to get glasses for flying yet, that I was sufficiently close to the limits to consider an eye test before my next medical in 2 years time.

My question goes as follows: Since my medical I have been losing weight - from 105kg at the start aiming for 65 / 70kg final which would give a BMI of about 23. I am at present about 87kg. Should I delay my eyetest until my weight is steady or will this additional loss have no effect on it? I presume the slight fall in blood pressure my cause slight changes to the shape of the eyes and hence their focal properties.

Advice appreciated,
