Tingling in the sinuses

Over the last year or so I have developed an issue whereby in the evening following a days worth of flying (let's say a 10 or 11 hour duty), I have an irritating tingling feeling at the top of my nose (ethmoid sinus is the area affected I believe). Anyone aware of a remedy?

Regards

In the absence of other worrying symptoms (discharge, inflammation etc), it doesn't sound like anything too worrying.

Worth getting your GP to have a look up your snazzer to make sure there's no obvious obstruction, such as a polyp. He, or she, may also be able to explore the history a little further.

I'm wondering if there is some irritation (pollen/dry air/allergen) causing your symptoms.

Get your bp checked also. :-)
