Contacting CAA Due EASA Class 1 Fail

Hi
Wondering if you guys can help, I recently failed my class 1 medical at the CAA, and after reviewing the letter they have sent me regarding this, there is an alarming amount of information relating to the case that is incorrect. I intend to contact the CAA about this, however, can't find who to contact following the Head Authority Medical section. Would anyone be able to help with who to copy in that is above this person?

Thanks,

Xub
