Class 1 - Creatine & Protein Supplements...

Would value any advice.
I am currently taking protein & Micronized Creatine Monohydrate supplements (Optimum Nutrition.) Not experiencing any adverse reaction to either supplement.

Used for physique training.

Will this adversely affect a Class 1 medical result if I decide to apply for one (or indeed any other medical examination)?

Thank you in advance.

Wouldn't know why, but be careful not to get kidney stones from the creatine, that would probably be a problem with the medical.

creatine and protein

Creatine converts to creatinine after 72 hours in your urine, creatine is found in beef meat naturally so if you are taking 10 grams of creatine daily or eating beef everyday shouldn't be a problem high protein levels in urine is normally an indication of an infection urinary tract just be honest with the tester.

No it does not affect your class 1 medical.

Make sure if you use creatine to drink a lot of water and only use it a limited time of period.

Focus more on training and eating.

What's your plan? To tow a 747 out of the hangar??

Good luck.

I use Creatine Monohydrate and eat/drink protein in high doses (110-180g per day)

I have had no issues passing a Class 1 medical and was told I'm in good health.
