Laser Eye surgery update
Hi all
Having been out of the loop for the last few years in the UK i was wondering if anyone can help.
I have been keen for a while on getting laser eye surgery however i seem to remember this could cause a problem regarding the class one medical in the UK in as far as is being suspended for a time.
I was wondering if any thing has changed in the last few years and has this been relaxed or is it still going to be a no go for a full time commercial pilot?
Any spelling mistakes made above are probably due to me not having my lenses in!
Many thanks

you might want to check if other CAAs are more flexible (Latvian, German and Icelandic are, am unsure about others) to get a medical to match your UK licence. In that case there might be no need to bother your CAA...
