Inguinal Hernia Op - How long Class 1 suspended?

I suspect I have an inguinal hernia, does anyone know how long my Class One would be suspended for after an op?

I had the same thing myself. Its until the surgeon and your AME are satisfied that you are fit again. About a fortnight in my case.

Thanks for that .....

Did you have a laparoscopic (keyhole through abdomen) or conventional groin incision surgery?
