Another thing that turned up on the MRI!! 
Explains a lot about why My right nostril is forever in some state of blockage...
Have had probs with my nose for years!!

Turns out the real culprit is a grossly deformative septum, and nasal polups....and \i did have some so called telescope yesterday at teh ENTs plave, I though I felt it behind my eye!!
