Question European class 3 and Z-LASIK

Here is extract from European class 3 medical certification requirements :

13.1(f) An applicant who has undergone
refractive surgery shall be assessed as unfit
(however,see para 13.1.5)

13.1.5 After refractive surgery, applicants may
be considered fit by the AMS provided that:
(a) pre-operative refraction was less than
+5 or -6 dioptres.
(b) satisfactory stability of refraction has
been achieved; (less than 0,75 dioptres
variation diurnally);
(c) examination of the eye shows no
postoperative complications;
(d) glare sensitivity is within normal
standards;
(e) mesopic contrast sensitivity is not
impaired;
(f) Review is undertaken by an
ophthalmologist acceptable to the AMS
at the discretion of the AMS.
Few questions I'd like to discuss:

1. As it is not mentioned about required post operative period before one can be considered to be issued with certificate (unlike in class 2 or 1).
Does it mean that candidate can go ahead and take test the next day or a week lets say?

2. In (b) it says that diurnal variation has to be less than 0,75.
Does it mean you have to attend 2 days in a row to measure visual acuity the day before and next day?

3. Regarding (d) and (e), What will be considered as normal standard and not impaired?

Or one should interpret it as: if your vision has improved you will get your certificate?

Kind regards.
