EASA medical certificate: only the UK?

Is the UK the only country to issue EASA medical certificate in 2012 or are there other countries like Switzerland, Czech Republic and Spain to do so?

Whatever they do, I wish they would publish some of the detail.

I currently fly on an NPPL declaration, and simply have no idea if I could get a LAPL medical, let alone afford one...

Atleast they should keep updating about it. Is any other country trying to issue EASA medical certificate?
