UK CAA medical Department

I have recently received an email from our CAA saying that if I have not received a further reply within 28 working days then I should contact them again. (something to do with EASA, I am told). Unbelievable !

28 days !! Any commercial organisation which had to live in the real world would be totally uncompetitive and would probably go out of business.

What extraordinary inefficiency, something we should not tolerate as WE are paying for their monopolistic services. I am awaiting a call from the CAA CMO. I look forward to her comments with great interest.
