Class 1 BMI problems

Hi Guys,

I have a query regarding BMI limits for a class 1 medical. I am currently sitting (rather unfortunently) at a BMI of 37, and as far as I am aware, the limit is 35. I can't seem to shake the weight, no matter how hard I try, can a DAME fail me for this, and this alone?

Get on a VLCD. You drop a stone a month. Willpower is required but worth it in the end. Google and ignore the negative comments. They work and are safe.

From: these mist covered mountains are a home now for me.
And stop drinking booze and fruit juice. Juice is loaded with sugar. Drink more water too.

Whatever cardio exercise you employ, try to vary the effort and pace during your workout. Don't just walk/jog/cycle for long boring periods, but instead burst into a minute of intense activity every few minutes, plodding along in between. It really helps to shake up the system.
