Question Medical Requirements for Recertification after ACL Reconstruction

Just had ACL replaced and was looking for where I can find out medical requirements for a First Class Medical. In particular, I thought I heard before that your leg is required to push with 70 lbs of force, and also that it requires a certain range of motion. My Short Term Disability insurance will most likely wonder why I am not back to work directly after I am off crutches. I want to give them a reason besides the passengers not wanting to see their Pilot barely hobbling around the terminal, stopping to rest numerous times, and then into their plane exausted and in pain.
Thanks in advance.
