Average Number of Sick Days

Does any one have approx figures on what the average amount of sick days per year taken by a UK airline pilot is ? What Absenteeism policy's do airlines instigate if flight crew exceed the quotas ?

Probably best getting hold of their sickness and absence policy, if they have one. The big boys probably do.

Jo Average, in the UK, used to take about 4.5 days/year, unless he worked in the public sector, in which case, he took about 9.
